Business Development and Growth Internship

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, calls, and email outreach.
• Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and communicate relevant solutions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales process through regular communication.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research.
• Achieve assigned outreach and business development targets.
• Work six days a week for approximately 8–9 hours per day, with three days in the office and three days working from home.

This is a three-month paid internship based in Kamla Nagar, Delhi, offering a stipend of ₹5,000 per month and a performance bonus of up to ₹15,000. Role availability, continuation, suitability, and any subsequent opportunity are subject to performance, business requirements, and subsequent evaluation or interview. Interns who successfully complete the internship, meet minimum performance requirements, and adhere to professional and campaign guidelines will be eligible for an Internship Completion Certificate. A Letter of Recommendation may be issued to interns demonstrating exceptional performance, professionalism, initiative, and meaningful contribution. The selection process includes application screening, an online or offline interview, and final selection.
