The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to provide tailored banking solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business loans, unsecured loans, and overdraft facilities to effectively meet the financial needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME and MSME clients to understand their banking needs and provide appropriate financial solutions. - Promote and sell business loans, unsecured loans, and overdraft products to enhance the bank's portfolio. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their financial requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting SME and MSME banking.
