Role Description The Business Analyst role at ASRM MART LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Arrah. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for new initiatives and process improvements. Day-to-day activities include analyzing data, mapping and evaluating business processes, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the design of practical solutions that align with business goals. The role involves facilitating meetings, communicating findings and recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of changes. The Business Analyst is expected to monitor outcomes, identify areas for optimization, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.
• Experience in retail, operations, or consulting is beneficial but not required.
