Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. This includes managing loan sourcing and processing, supervising branch staff, monitoring portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with local entrepreneurs, guiding them through loan products and documentation, and ensuring timely disbursal and repayment. The Branch Manager will track branch performance, prepare regular reports, implement growth strategies, and maintain high standards of customer service. The individual will also handle issue resolution, risk assessment, and operational controls to support sustainable branch growth.

• Strong skills in branch operations management, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to build customer relationships, understand small business financing needs, and provide clear product guidance.
• Experience in credit assessment, documentation review, and basic financial analysis within lending or banking.
• Knowledge of NBFC processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in using office software, digital tools, and basic data reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in retail lending or MSME finance is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik, travel locally as needed, and meet branch business targets ethically and responsibly.
