Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role . The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements, and manage customer service standards. Responsibilities include driving business growth through acquisition and retention of customers, managing branch sales targets, and promoting bank products and services across deposits, loans, and other offerings. The role involves leading and mentoring branch team members, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. The Branch Manager will also handle escalated customer issues, safeguard branch assets, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

• Strong skills in branch operations management, including process oversight, risk control, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in sales and business development, including cross-selling, portfolio management, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle complex queries and escalations.
• Sound understanding of retail banking products and services, such as deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
