Branch Banking Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Banking Officer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of banking products, including CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products, as well as other liability products. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to build relationships with clients to understand their banking needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to promote and sell CASA products, ensuring that clients are informed about the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Conduct field sales activities to acquire new customers and expand the bank's customer base.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts and banking products.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of retail branch banking and liability products.
• Experience in field sales, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity with CASA products and banking regulations is a plus.
