Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical diagnostic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-site service support.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in biomedical equipment servicing.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the medical diagnostics industry will be an added advantage.
