Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting.
• Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing IT professionals.
• Building a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s or any relevant experience.
• Must have strong communications in English.
• Must have US IT Recruitment experience.
• Very well versed with USA Job portals (Career Builder, Dice, Indeed etc.)
• Well updated with the current generic and niche IT skill sets .
• Must have computer knowledge. (MS Office, Database, CRM, Internet efficiency)
