Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in building partnerships with educational institutions and corporate clients will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Promote cybersecurity training programs and educational services.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development visits.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
