Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and supervise bar staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain liquor inventory, stock records, and daily consumption reports.
• Maintain all statutory registers and records as per applicable excise regulations.
• Monitor daily liquor consumption, sales, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing and legal requirements.
• Manage bar billing, cost control, and beverage quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements

• Experience in bar operations and hospitality management.
• Knowledge of liquor inventory, daily consumption, and statutory registers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
