Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to generate event enquiries, convert bookings, manage client relationships, and drive revenue from weddings, corporate events, parties, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
• Handle banquet enquiries and understand client requirements.
• Conduct venue visits and explain event packages and facilities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages.
• Negotiate pricing and close banquet sales.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with banquet operations, F&B, kitchen, and décor teams.
• Maintain client databases and booking records.
• Build relationships with event planners and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
