Bank Manager (Khanna)

For a Finance Company Specialising in Gold Loans

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to manage our branch operations, primarily focused on gold loan services.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Retired bankers are preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in gold loan operations will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of gold loan appraisal, valuation, disbursement, and recovery procedures.
• Experience in branch management, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Ability to manage staff, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain proper documentation and compliance.
• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall functioning of the branch.
• Oversee gold loan processing, gold valuation, and loan disbursement.
• Ensure proper security, documentation, and record-keeping of pledged gold.
• Develop business and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Monitor loan repayments, recoveries, and branch performance.
