Banca Channel Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Banca Channel Sales Executive to join a leading life insurance company. This role is crucial for driving business growth through our Bancassurance partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets through assigned branches, managing overall business operations, and fostering strong relationships with key personnel at partner branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets through assigned Bancassurance partners and branches.
• Manage overall business for the assigned area, focusing on business development, sales, and relationship management.
• Provide operational and training support to partners, identifying new business opportunities to meet overall targets.
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned branches.
• Oversee all operations, customer servicing, and retention activities for the assigned branches.

Requirements

• Minimum graduation is required.
• Candidates should be between the ages of 22 to 37.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in life insurance sales is mandatory.
