Were now looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our fully remote team and help us accelerate innovation through AI-driven development practices.

Your Role

Youll be instrumental in building scalable backend systems, creating high-performance APIs, and leveraging AI tools to automate, optimize, and elevate the development process.

What Youll Do

Develop and maintain backend functionality using Java & Spring Boot

Design and optimize databases with SQL

Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS)

Implement CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub & Jenkins

Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to speed up coding, testing, and delivery

Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features

What Were Looking For

47 years of backend development experience

Solid proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and AWS

Familiarity with or interest in AI-based development tools
