Job Responsibilities

• Handle QuickBooks-related sales inquiries and customer interactions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert potential leads into customers through effective sales conversations.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Sales and customer-handling experience preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• QuickBooks or accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
