Key Responsibilities

• Set monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff.
• Assist salespeople in closing complex deals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain deep knowledge of vehicle models and features.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local vehicle sales laws.
• Coordinate advertising, promotions, and inventory presentation with the General Manager.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and display.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and manage follow‑up programs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Collaborate with finance on loan structures and payment plans.
