Automation Project Engineer

We are hiring: Automation Project Engineers | Navi Mumbai (Hybrid, Full-time)

Consulta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Siemens Certified Solution Partner delivering PLC, DCS and SCADA based automation for manufacturing and process industries. Our engineering team is growing.

The role: design, program, test, commission and troubleshoot industrial automation systems, with project assignments in India and international markets.

What you will do

• Design, develop and commission PLC, DCS and SCADA based automation systems
• Develop control logic, HMI/SCADA applications and system configurations
• Carry out system testing, troubleshooting and site commissioning
• Work with industrial networks, instrumentation and control systems
• Prepare engineering documentation and support project execution
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable solutions
• Travel for domestic and international commissioning and technical support

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline
• Knowledge of PLC/DCS programming, SCADA/HMI systems and industrial communication protocols
• Understanding of process control, electrical systems and instrumentation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and good communication
• Willingness to travel
• An added advantage: Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7, SIMATIC PLCs, WinCC and TIA Portal
• Desirable, not essential: exposure to motion control and robotics

Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and engineers with automation experience are both welcome.
