Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automation Engineer role based in Ghaziabad. The Automation Engineer will design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems for electrical and mechanical processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and programming controllers, integrating robotics and automated equipment, monitoring system performance, and optimizing process efficiency. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. The Automation Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate on new projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control to design, program, and optimize automated systems.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering to support system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess experience in Robotics and related integration for automated manufacturing or handling systems.
• Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues efficiently.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments is an advantage.
