Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Lead and manage the project independently.
• 2. Recruit, train, and guide team members.
• 3. Review and monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• 4. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• 5.Handle internal coordination and external stakeholder communication with a "go-getter attitude."

Work Requirements

• 1). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing teams and handling client relationships
• 2). Strong assignment ownership and management skills
• 3). Effective communication and leadership abilities
• 4). Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• 5). Previous experience in the Banking & Finance domain is a strong plus
• 6). A solution oriented positive mindset
