Job Summary

Responsible for managing and delivering Environmental, Social and Sustainability consulting projects, ensuring technical quality, timely execution, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project execution, budgets, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Execute environmental due diligence, EHS assessments, environmental audits, social risk assessments, biodiversity, waste management and sustainability assignments.
• Coordinate BRSR, sustainability reporting, GHG assurance and climate risk assessment projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian regulations and relevant international standards and frameworks.
• Review technical reports and ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage project teams, clients, subcontractors and external technical experts.
• Support business development through technical proposals, cost estimates and project planning.
• Monitor project performance, resource utilization, profitability and timely invoicing.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in environmental, social and sustainability consulting.
• Experience in project management, technical reporting, client coordination, budgeting and team leadership.

Skills and Competencies

• Environmental and sustainability consulting knowledge.

• Client relationship management and communication.
• Budgeting, regulatory compliance and problem-solving.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across India and occasionally internationally, as required.
