Candidate Specification & Job Description

• Candidate Must have 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Process vendor/customer invoices, including validation, coding, posting, and approvals.
• Handle vendor payments, payment proposals, and payment cut-offs.
• Perform supplier/customer reconciliations, open-item reviews, and aging analysis.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, adjustments, and clearing account reconciliations.
• Perform cash application for cheques, bank transfers, and lockbox payments.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied/misapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with GL/RTR teams for accurate sub-ledger and month-end closure.
• Ensure compliance with process, SLA, and quality requirements.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Flexible with Shift.
