Experience

Real Estate matters, RERA, Title DD, Title Certificate, MOU, Term Sheet, Development Agreements, POA, Joint Venture, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement, Gift Deed, Trust Documents, Loan Documents, mortgage Deed, Release Deed, Flat Sale Agreements, etc.

PQE- 3-4 yrs

Required Skillset: Well versed with RERA, MRTP Law, MCGM, MHADA, MLRC, DCPR, transfer of Property, Contracts, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
