About Role

Own Influencer Marketing as a sales-driven business channel, with complete accountability for P&L, revenue,

spends, CAC, ROAS and profitability. The candidate should be highly sales-centric and focused on driving actual

conversions through influencer content.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Influencer Marketing P&L, revenue and sales targets.
• Build a creator ecosystem focused on conversions and revenue, not just views/reach.
• Identify creators who can actually sell products and drive purchases.
• Ensure every influencer campaign has a clear conversion objective, CTA and measurable sales outcome.
• Analyse influencer videos to identify hooks, scripts, creators and formats driving conversions.
• Continuously test and optimise content to improve sales, CAC and ROAS.
• Scale high-performing creators and conversion-generating influencer videos.
• Negotiate creator commercials and maximise ROI on every influencer investment.
• Work with Creative & Performance teams to turn winning influencer content into sales-driving assets.
• Manage team/agencies against revenue, conversion and efficiency targets.

Must Have

• 3–6 years of Influencer Marketing experience, preferably D2C/Beauty.
• Strong sales & performance mindset.
• Proven understanding of creator-led commerce and conversion-driven content.
• Strong knowledge of CAC, ROAS, revenue, attribution and P&L.
• Ability to understand why an influencer video converts and how to scale it.
