We are looking for a

dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead large -scale hiring

initiatives across Accounting, Legal, and niche skill domains. This role will

be responsible for building a robust hiring engine, and creating scalable

talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.<\/span>

What to expect in

your journey <\/span><\/b>

<\/p>

• Lead end -to -end talent

acquisition strategy for bulk and niche hiring across functions including

Accounting, Legal, and specialized roles<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Manage high -volume

recruitment across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and quality hiring<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Design and execute

campus hiring programs, building strong partnerships with universities and

institutions<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Develop innovative

sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and talent

communities<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Drive ATS

implementation and optimization to improve recruitment efficiency, analytics,

and candidate experience<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Build, mentor, and

scale a high -performing recruitment team<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Collaborate closely

with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and define hiring roadmaps<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Establish strong

employer branding initiatives to attract top talent<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Monitor recruitment

metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.) and continuously improve

processes<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Ensure a seamless

candidate experience across all touchpoints<\/span>

<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

What you bring to

the table: <\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/div>

• 15+ years of

experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk hiring and

niche hiring<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Proven experience

hiring for Accounting, Legal, and specialized roles<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Solid experience

managing multi -location hiring mandates<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Hands -on experience in

campus recruitment programs<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Demonstrated success

in ATS implementation and recruitment process transformation<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Strong leadership and

stakeholder management skills<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Data -driven mindset

with experience in recruitment analytics<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Ability to thrive in a

fast -paced, high -growth environment<\/span>

<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Preferred

Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>

<\/p>

• Experience in building

TA functions from scratch or scaling rapidly<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Exposure to global

hiring (US, UK, Australia markets) is a plus<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

• Strong employer

branding and recruitment marketing experience<\/span>
