Associate Director of Finance

We are hiring for an IT client for The Associate Director - FP&A & Business Analytics

This is a senior finance leader responsible for providing forward-looking financial insight and decision support to executive management. The role leads enterprise planning and forecasting, proactively identifies emerging financial and operational risks and opportunities, translates business performance into actionable recommendations, and prepares CFO/CEO/Board/investor-level analyses and presentations. The position leads and develops the FP&A team and drives the continued evolution of the function through advanced analytics, automation and responsible use of AI.

• 13-15 years of progressive FP&A and finance leadership experience, including planning and forecasting, financial and operational analytics, business partnering, management reporting, financial modelling and transformation/automation.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting financial analyses and business performance narratives for CFO, CEO and/or Board-level audiences
• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Experience in software, IT services, professional services or another people-intensive/project-based business with similar operating economics.
