Assitant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

• Manpower planning and budgeting as per the Company organogram.
• Collaborate with Managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with Zonal Heads/Zonal HR for HO/Zonal hirings.
• Posting job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards.
• Conduct analytical or Psychometric tests as per the hiring requirements.
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• Organize and conduct Panel Interviews (via Audio/ Video, Panel

Interview and in-person).

8.Shortlist and conduct preliminary interviews for screening the candidates.

• Salary Negotiation with selected candidates.
• Ensure actual cost of hiring is within the approved budgets.
• Ensure entire Recruitment process from MRF to Onboarding for PAN

India positions is maintained.

• Identify and empanel external partners to hire the right candidates.
• Improvise sourcing techniques for sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
• Maintain resume database and keep them updated at all time
• Manage start to end recruitment cycle.

16.Update MIS report and recruitment tracking in system

17.Hiring of Contractual Manpower over Projects & BPs in coordination with Zonal HR & Vendors.

18.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

• Coordinate with HR Team members for further onboarding process .
