Role Description The Assistant Public Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of PR campaigns, drafting and editing press releases, media notes, and other communication materials. The individual will manage day-to-day media relations, including maintaining media lists, coordinating interviews, and tracking coverage. Responsibilities also include assisting with strategic communications planning, monitoring industry trends, preparing reports for clients, and collaborating with internal teams such as digital and creative to ensure consistent messaging. The role requires proactive coordination with clients, timely project follow-ups, and participation in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh PR ideas.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience engaging with journalists and media outlets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and targeted messaging.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable presenting ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Relevant experience in agency or in-house PR environments, preferably within integrated communications settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and communication tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in digital PR, social media, and evolving media landscapes will be an advantage.
