Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Kogta Finance India Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Barmer. The Assistant Manager will oversee branch-level operations, support daily loan processing activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and collections teams, monitoring portfolio quality, preparing operational and performance reports, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves supervising junior staff, implementing process improvements, and contributing to business growth targets while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial products and basic credit assessment, with the ability to interpret policies and follow regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and basic data management, including the use of spreadsheets and reporting software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet branch-level targets.
• Experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services operations is preferred, especially in branch management or loan processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in finance or banking are an advantage.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to work on-site in Barmer on a full-time basis.
