Assistant Manager – Indian Accounting / AP / AR

Right Move is hiring an Assistant Manager for one of its esteemed clients in Pune. Experience: 8-10 Years. Location: Pune. CTC: Up to 12 LPA. Shifts: General Shift. Key Responsibilities: Experience in Indian accounting, taxation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR); strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS and statutory compliance; experience in handling and managing a team of approximately 20 members; experience in managing domestic clients and handling client queries; knowledge of general ledger (GL), bank reconciliation and financial reporting; experience in month-end and year-end closing activities; ability to manage daily operations, monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables; strong communication, leadership and client management skills; experience in process improvement, issue resolution and maintaining service quality. Candidates should have relevant experience in Indian accounting and taxation, prior team-handling experience with a team of around 20 members, and experience working with domestic clients.
