### HR Manager / Deputy Manager – HR

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Deputy Manager – HR to manage and oversee the complete HR and Administration functions at our Bhopal plant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR & Administration activities at the plant.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.

Drive employee engagement, training & development, and performance management.

Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies as required.

Manage contractor labour and ensure statutory compliance.

Support plant management in HR policies, manpower cost control, and employee productivity.

Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, IR, or a related field.

8–12 years of relevant experience in Plant/Manufacturing HR.

Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.

Experience in handling shop-floor employees and contract labour.

Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
