JOB SUMMARY

we are looking for a sharp, self-driven Assistant Brand Manager to support Veeba's growing marketing function. This role requires strategic thinking and strong execution across brand planning, content, campaigns, agency management, and shoots. The ideal candidate understands brand building, social media, consumer behaviour, and fast-paced execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Content Strategy

• Support brand planning, content strategy, and campaign development.
• Conduct consumer research, competitive tracking, and category analysis.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Develop campaign ideas, product narratives, and communication routes.

Social Media & Digital

• Support Veebas digital presence across channels.
• Monitor trends, content performance, and audience behaviour.
• Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders.
• Support shoots and creator collaborations.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work with design, digital, trade, sales, and agency partners.
• Support governance, approvals, and asset management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 23 years of brand management/marketing experience in FMCG, food, or consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Analytical, consumer-first mind-set.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
