Assistant Branch Manager

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an energetic Assistant Branch Manager in Rajasthan to lead daily operations, elevate client service, and drive branch performance with a community focus and a commitment to responsible banking.

Responsibilities

Oversee cash management and teller operations to ensure accuracy, security, and reliability across all transactions.

Coordinate customer onboarding, KYC compliance, and documentation to drive seamless experiences and reduce onboarding times.

Monitor daily branch metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to hit targets for deposits, loans, and revenue.

Lead sales and service activities, coaching staff to achieve cross-sell ambitions while maintaining service quality.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback to sustain high morale and consistent customer care.

Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and timely solutions to preserve trust and loyalty.

Collaborate with credit teams to review loan applications and ensure prudent risk management.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements through routine checks.

Foster community engagement by representing the branch in local events and financial education programs.

Prepare monthly reports on branch performance, operations risk, and customer experience for senior management review.

Drive digital adoption by guiding customers through mobile and online banking tools to improve satisfaction and adoption.

Support vendor management, procure branch supplies, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
