Assistant Branch Manager - Inbound

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an organized and customer‑driven Assistant Branch Manager - Inbound in Mumbai to champion service excellence, risk awareness, and revenue growth. Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery and strict adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.

Lead and coach front-line staff to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and develop a high‑performing team culture.

Coordinate customer onboarding, KYC checks, and documentation to minimize risk and ensure compliance.

Drive cash management and vault controls with accuracy, timeliness, and fraud prevention in daily cash cycles.

Monitor branch performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and service levels.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify customer needs and cross‑sell appropriate banking solutions.

Resolve customer escalations promptly by applying policy, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily activities, exceptions, and incident logs to management.

Foster a safe and secure branch environment through adherence to safety protocols and security procedures.

Support staffing plans, shift management, and cross-training to maintain optimal service capacity.

Represent the bank in community engagements and build relationships with customers, partners, and local businesses.
