Assistant Branch Head

You will also play a key role in educating bank employees on insurance products and sales practices, thereby enhancing their ability to serve customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance business through assigned partner bank branches.
• Build productive relationships with Branch Managers and banking teams.
• Convert bank-generated leads into meaningful business opportunities.
• Meet customers alongside bank officials to understand their financial needs.
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
• Educate and support bank employees on insurance products and sales practices.
