Area Sales Manager - Full Time

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - West Zone located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the West Zone, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and coordinating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and participating in industry events to represent the company. Identify and Appoint Distributors and Applicators and co-ordinate sales and distribution for B2B Sales. Should take up Training initiatives and Learning & Development Exercise for the Team on a timely basis

Experience in sales and developing sales strategies

Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills

Knowledge of the construction and waterproofing industry is a plus

Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to travel within the West Zone region

Should have overall knowledge about Construction Chemicals Industry
