Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Bareilly.The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, manage relationships with key customers, and ensure achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. The role involves planning and executing regional sales strategies, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for management. The Area Sales Manager will also coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, resolve customer concerns promptly, and support promotional activities and campaigns in the region.

Strong skills in territory management, account management, and relationship building with customers and channel partners.

Proficiency in sales planning, target achievement, and pipeline management, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities, and orders.

Experience in B2B or industrial sales; exposure to mining, metals, or related sectors is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,, or a related discipline preferred.

Comfort with basic digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting software.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area and familiarity with the Bareilly region and surrounding markets.
