Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in HR management or related field
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Excellent knowledge of Banking & Financial Services industry dynamics
• Proficiency in skills: ATS Tools, Communication Skills, Employee Relations, HR Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Interview Skills
• Proven track record of success in similar roles
