Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect / Senior Civil Engineer role based in Solapur. The role involves developing architectural and civil design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The Architect / Senior Civil Engineer will coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants, oversee site execution, and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets. Daily responsibilities include reviewing plans, resolving technical issues on-site, managing documentation, and supporting integration of structural, architectural, and services designs. The role also includes contributing to project planning, quality checks, and reporting to senior leadership on risks, milestones, and resource needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, detailing, and familiarity with relevant codes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring cost and quality.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Integration and basic Software Development concepts where relevant to design tools, BIM, or project management systems.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; a master’s degree or professional licensure is an advantage.
• Experience in building or infrastructure projects, including on-site supervision and coordination.
• Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and standard office tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Solapur.
