Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Planning & Design: Lead architectural planning, project design management, and drive design strategy across large-scale residential developments.
• Consultant & Execution Coordination: Drive seamless coordination between consultants and execution teams to ensure architectural requirements align with execution.
• Quality & Compliance: Guarantee quality, compliance, and timely delivery of design packages while proactively monitoring design and approval-related risks.
• Strategic & Team Leadership: Support management in strategic project decisions, manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously, and build accountability across teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in large-scale developments.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, construction methodologies expertise, regulatory approvals insight, and exceptional communication skills.
