What you will do

• Review marketing and product claims before they are published.
• Prepare and file court documents accurately and on time.
• Advise on employment matters from hiring through to exit.
• Balance legal risk against commercial urgency and say which you recommend.
• Manage disputes from first letter through to resolution or trial.
• Maintain privilege and confidentiality across all communications.
• Review procurement and supplier terms against risk appetite.
