Analyst/Sr. Analyst- Sourcing & Vendor Management

Summary

This role is for someone with thorough understanding of Vendor Management (Onboarding, offboarding, Reassessment, etc.) who understands risk mitigation and importance of timelines and should have knowledge about Vendor Onboarding cycle, role of front office, middle office, and back office.

Need someone with excellent liaisoning skills and quick turnaround, action oriented and ability to comprehend things properly.

Responsibilities

• Execute vendor management processes, which includes, onboarding of vendors
• Execute annual cyber reviews and reassessments
• Develop working relationships with the Company’s Business, Technology and Operational associates as well as TPAs
• Conduct meetings with the Company’s AP/Sourcing teams to share updates and recommend areas of improvement. Recommendations will be delivered in a formal document to Head of Sourcing for review and approval
• Identify new ways to find active/ inactive vendors, perform analysis to identify gaps and suggest corrective action
• Create or update process documentation to define procedures, process maps and conduct periodic review and update of the documents
• Update the Sourcing Operations Manual and Lock Path User Guide as directed by the Company.

Qualifications

• Accounting Graduate/MBA Finance with 3 to 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement
• Thorough understanding of Vendor Management (Onboarding, offboarding, Reassessment, etc.)
