Analyst/Senior Analyst - Private Credit Operations & Reporting (Financial Operations)

The D. E. Shaw group seeks a highly resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join its new operations team supporting the firm’s private credit business in Hyderabad, or Gurugram, India, which focuses on private, less liquid, and stressed and distressed corporate credit and equity opportunities globally. This team will be responsible for designing and implementing processes and controls to support a growing business, as well as driving strategic projects and initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to a new team at ground level, work with senior leaders at the firm, and assume considerable responsibility in an engaging and inclusive work environment. This position will initially be an individual contributor role, with the potential to assume people management responsibilities in the future based on business needs and candidate interest.
