Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Air Export Executive with knowledge of air export pricing, e-booking, and MAWB/HAWB documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with airlines, agents, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and share air export pricing and quotations with customers.
• Handle airline e-booking and coordinate with airlines for space confirmation.
• Prepare and manage Master Air Waybill (MAWB) and House Air Waybill (HAWB) documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams for export shipments.
• Follow up on bookings, shipment status, schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update relevant systems.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of air export shipments.
• Support daily freight forwarding operations and resolve shipment-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of air export pricing and freight forwarding operations.
• Hands-on experience with airline e-booking systems.
• Understanding of MAWB and HAWB preparation and documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and email communication.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines.

Experience

3-4 Years of experience in air export operations or freight forwarding will be preferred. Candidates with relevant practical knowledge of pricing, e-booking, and AWB documentation are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
