About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions into our web-based products . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, LLMs, and AI-powered application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
• Integrate AI features into web applications using APIs and backend services.
• Develop AI-powered resume parsing, candidate-job matching, and intelligent search solutions.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Build semantic search and recommendation systems.
• Integrate AI solutions with React and .NET-based applications.
• Process, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Test, optimize, and maintain AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with developers to deploy scalable and secure AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
• Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, and LLM integration.
• Experience with APIs, data processing, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Git.
• Ability to integrate AI services with existing web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience building AI-powered recruitment, ATS, or HR-tech solutions.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Candidates with relevant practical experience and demonstrable projects may also apply.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
