AI Engineer - Build & Validate AI Workflows- Bangalore

We're building and scaling our AI Chat platform, and we need a strong hands-on engineer to deploy and tune AI workflows for customer use cases — or build the test frameworks that validate AI output quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Python coding is a must, along with practical exposure to LLM/GenAI applications.

What you bring

✅ 4–8 years hands-on experience in Python or Java

✅ Practical exposure to LLM/GenAI — prompt engineering, RAG, agents, LLM evaluation

✅ Ability to design AI workflows, not just consume them

✅ Good understanding of APIs, data handling, automation, debugging, and troubleshooting AI-driven workflows

✅ Strong software development and problem-solving fundamentals, with the adaptability to pick up new tools and use cases fast

✅ Stable career history preferred

Bonus: exposure to LibreChat, MCP, PostgreSQL, vector databases, cloud platforms, or background in networking/cybersecurity/IoT/OT/security products.
