AGM PPC (HVAC Plant)

CLIENT: Market leader in energy efficient Indoor Air Comfort and Critical Air solutions serving a global market is setting up is setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in CHAKAN,Pune. This greenfield facility will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge products to India and global markets. . Role Purpose: Production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations to meet customer demands efficiently, minimize costs, and maintain a seamless supply chain. Key Deliverables: • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency. • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production orders and monitor progress to meet delivery targets. • Utilize production planning tools and systems to optimize capacity utilization and minimize production lead times. • Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs. • Oversee the import/export processes and customs compliance for international shipments. • Manage relationships with logistics providers, such as freight forwarders and carriers, to negotiate favourable terms and ensure reliable services. • Develop and manage budgets for production, logistics, and stores activities. • Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Incumbent profile: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. • Proven experience with minimum 15 to 18 years in supply chain operations, with a focus on production Annual Compensation: 20-25 LPA Queries:-Anoop Sinha, Director- PROFILE HR CONSULTANTS PVT LTD
