Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting website advertising opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and increasing advertising sales. The role also involves identifying potential customers in the land and real estate sector and helping businesses reach their target audience through our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for website advertising opportunities.
• Promote advertising packages,
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, landowners, builders, brokers, and real estate agencies.
• Explain advertising packages, pricing, and promotional benefits to clients.
• Follow up with prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client details, and leads.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales,
• Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven attitude.
