Accounts Receivable Lead

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, billing, invoice processing, and collections, with a focus on the EMEA and UK markets. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management of our order to cash (OTC) processes and will involve leading a team to resolve queries and improve overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Lead a team in the resolution of customer queries related to invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the order to cash process and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to team members to foster professional development and improve team performance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Strong knowledge of billing and invoice processing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in query resolution.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools used in the OTC process.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
