Responsibilities

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements in adherence to IND AS standards.
• Conduct thorough intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory compliance by staying updated with the latest IND AS regulations and implementing necessary changes within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances to ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and manage the resolution of any financial discrepancies.
• Support the finance department in various ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
