Accounts & Finance Manager / Finance Controller (Domlur)

Are you an experienced finance professional with strong Accounting, Taxation & Compliance expertise? We’re looking for a Finance Controller to join our team in Bangalore.

Role: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, reporting and MIS
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
• Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory requirements
• Manage monthly and annual closing and financial statements
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure strong internal controls
• Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective measures
• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
• Experience in financial reporting, MIS and audit coordination
• Robust knowledge of accounting processes and controls
• CA / CMA / CPA – Qualified, Semi-qualified or Inter candidates are welcome
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred
